The 44th Annual Belleville Oktoberfest is held each year to raise funds for three of our local organizations, that give back to our community ALL YEAR LONG ~ Please stop by and say HI to all the Volunteers from these organizations, who work so hard to put on this event year, after year ~ Belleville Sister Cities (authentic German Cuisine area in our German Tent), Ainad Shriners of Southern Illinois (large brew tent on the Southeast quadrant of the Square) and Belleville Firefighter Local #53 (large brew stand in the Northwest quadrant of the square). Every penny raised during our 3-day event goes to these organizations.

The City of Belleville, Illinois has been officially the Sister City of Paderborn, Germany since 1990. This organization does an exchange program through Belleville High School District #201, hosting students in both Belleville and Paderborn yearly!
